Canada Reads 2022 Contenders

The debates will take place March 28-31, 2022 and I will attempt to read and review each book prior to.

Gosh, I am behind on literally everything! Talk about serious pandemic fatigue, Hong Kong is nuts right now. Anyways, we have Canada Reads to look forward to! The theme this year is, what is the one book all of Canada should read? Here are this year’s contenders.

Canada Reads 2021 Contenders

The debates will take place March 8-11, 2021. I will attempt to read and review each book prior to the debates.

The Canada Reads 2021 shortlist has arrived! While none of the books from the longlist that I wanted to read made the cut I am excited about this year’s theme: One book to transport us. With this pandemic, it’s the perfect theme and I’m hoping for some great selections of writing and escapism from the following selected books:

Jan 10th – Canada Reads Longlist Announced

It’s Almost Here!

One of the best times of the year is coming soon. Canada Reads 2019 kicks off with the longlist announcement coming on January 10th!

The final five books and the panellists who will be defending them will be revealed on Jan. 31, 2019.

The debates will take place March 25-28, 2019. 

What topics are you hoping for this year and who do you think might make the cut?
